Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund or a free move to another date. Within 48 hours, sessions aren't refundable, but you can move once, free of charge, to another date within 4 weeks. If you miss a session without telling me, or join more than 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited.
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before. Within 48 hours there's no refund, but you can give your place to a friend or move to the next month's session.
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first session. Once a course has started, missed sessions aren't refunded. 1:1 course sessions can be rearranged with 24 hours' notice. If you have to stop for medical reasons, contact me and I'll offer a credit for the sessions you haven't used.
Please cancel if you can't make it, so someone else can have your place.

When you book online you normally have 14 days to cancel. If your session is within 14 days of booking, by booking you ask for it to go ahead early. If you cancel within 14 days of booking and more than 48 hours before your session, you'll always get a full refund. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Before your first session I ask you to complete a health questionnaire, so I can check sessions are safe and suitable for you. With your consent, your answers are stored securely in my Microsoft 365 account, seen only by me, and used only to keep you safe and tailor your sessions. I never share them or use them for marketing. I keep them for 3 years after your last session, then delete them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing steve@fireicebreath.co.uk.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. They can't be exchanged for cash and are used in one booking: if the session costs more, you pay the difference, and any value left over isn't carried forward. An unused voucher can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
